This Observatory has been set up by Prof. José Luis Suárez and Mark Stücklin,
both with decades of experience in the industry.
Prof. José Luis Suárez
José Luis Suárez is an IESE professor specialising in the real estate sector, especially the second-home segment.
He has worked on a variety of consulting assignments for leading Spanish and international companies, whilst his research has mainly dealt with real estate investment and finance and corporate finance.
His contacts at the top of Spanish banking, real estate, and Government are extensive.
Author of the “Spanish Property Doctor” column in The Sunday Times, Mark Stucklin has more than a decade of experience in the Spanish vacation-home sector working on strategy and sales and marketing solutions.
His blog at spanishpropertyinsight.com is a respected source of information for both consumers and professionals alike.
